What will break today in the big update?

Inquiring minds want to know.

To Dakota and Brian - sorry about disappearing last night - my cable Internet went down right during our discussion and didn't come back up for at least 30 minutes, whereupon, I went to bed not wishing to wait any longer.

Thanks for coming over to my new place and helping me decide to buy it and, of course, yet again, for a really enlightening conversation.

See you all in PL again, when the update stabilizes.

Tiessa

Did I mention how I wanted to build an underwater part to my house in that big bay in front of the villa?

Well, I found this *incredible* pre-fab underwater house and an awesome maker of prefab places. It has secret doors and rooms, a top place for sunbathing (including animations), a splashing pool (w/ aniimations), and multiple diving spots (w/ animations).

Here's the link to the place on slexchange:
http://www.slexchange.com/modules...e&file=item&ItemID=101290

They have multiple pictures of the place better than I could take.

And here's a picture of my new villa, for scale - the panda bear in the picture (which came with the villa) is about twice the size of a normal avatar.

Everyone should come visit it sometime, IM me and I'll send a TP.

I wandered around her sim wanting to buy everything Smile

But I'd have no where to put it - I'd have to buy Gilligan's Island to put it all in.

For those of you who don't get the reference - one of the mainland areas for sale - all 65K square meters is called Gilligan and its this fabulous looking tropical island.

But, I can't justify forking over 2.5k for virtual real estate - especially since I'd want it all to myself. If it was an investment and I planned to parcel it out, maybe, but not for something I plan to toodle around in. I'm not independently wealthy.

Although I could build it out as an homage to the original TV show - put in a small shipwreck, a few grass huts, a robot, a space capsule, and all the other random things that were on that island.

What villa did you buy from her Dakota?

I bought the Roman Villa...low prims, beautiful textures, low price, and I'm very pleased with it!

That's a very pretty one as well - it was so hard to keep myself to only purchasing the one. Although I did by some underwater plants to put down.
